LEO ANDRADE / PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO

A clearer way forward.

I connect business, technology, and strategy to understand difficult problems, identify meaningful opportunities, and turn ideas into practical work.

THE POINT OF VIEW

Breadth has value when it serves a clear purpose: understanding a problem well enough to help solve it responsibly.

✳

01 / HOW I WORK

One perspective.
Three dimensions.

The breadth of my work isn't the professional identity. It's what allows me to see how decisions, technology, people, and execution fit together.

01 / STRATEGY ↗

Understand the opportunity.

Explore customer problems, market needs, and the choices worth pursuing before jumping to solutions.

Customer discovery · Positioning · Offering design
02 / TECHNOLOGY ↗

Make informed decisions.

Ground recommendations in technical reality, operational constraints, security principles, and practical trade-offs.

Technical foundations · Evaluation · Risk
03 / EXECUTION ↗

Turn direction into something real.

Build useful tools, clarify complex offerings, and create the processes and materials that help teams act.

Web experiences · Enablement · Delivery

02 / EVIDENCE IN PRACTICE

Selected work.
Real contexts.

Specific responsibilities and contributions, not invented impact metrics or inflated ownership claims.

CASE / 01↗
BUSINESS + TECHNOLOGY

Making technical offerings easier to understand

Supported customer discovery materials, requests for proposals, vendor quotations, service messaging, and quote design in a managed-services environment.

Discovery · RFP support · Solution positioning

PRODUCT THINKING

Building an experience, not another pitch

Built a trade-show game hub with trivia, reaction-time, and typing challenges, plus a leaderboard to make participation more engaging.

Web development · UX · Interactive systems

PRACTICAL GOVERNANCE

Turning requirements into useful guidance

Contributed to risk assessments, customer security reviews, insurance questionnaires, control mapping, and policy work.

Cybersecurity · Customer assurance · Risk

Selected examples are described at a high level to respect customer and organizational confidentiality.

03 / THE JOURNEY

Not a straight line.
A consistent thread.

From communication and marketing to cybersecurity, governance, technology, and business-facing work, the responsibilities have changed. The habit of connecting the dots has stayed.

05 / BEYOND THE DESK

More than
a job title.

My story spans the United States and Brazil. I spent much of my adolescence in Brazil before returning to the U.S. independently at 18. Living between countries and cultures is an important part of who I am.

I speak English and Brazilian Portuguese, and I value the different perspectives, relationships, and experiences that have shaped my journey.

A little about the person behind the work—without turning every personal interest into a professional credential.

WHAT COMES NEXT

Good work starts with
the right conversation.

I value thoughtful problems, honest trade-offs, and people who want to build something useful.
